- Official photography & Videography may be used and used for promotion campaigns, including social media 

 

- payments are non-refundable. No refunds under any circumstance 

 

- by participating in any events planned or controlled by Mingle DXB, you agree to the following: You assume all risks when participating in Mingle DXB events. Mingle DXB bears no risk or liability. All attendees must use care and good judgement and must obey all Laws of the Emirate of Dubai and Laws of the UAE

- ⁠These terms & conditions always apply to anyone else your ticket covers, such as a friend if get two tickets for the price of one; on a promotion or similar

- You will complete and sign an extensive disclaimer mitigating Mingle Events LLC FZ from any liability at any stage of the retreat or any Mingle activity or event. 

- You will require your own Medical insurance as no additional Insurnace of any type will be provided by Mingle Events LLC FZ
